Rose Jam


 

Ingredients

2½ cups Rose Petals
300 g Sugar
1½ tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Rose Water
2 g Pectin
½ cup Water

 

methods

Rub rose petals in between your hands with sugar;

Boil water, add petals and sugar and slowly cook till tender;

Bring up to 110°C add lemon, rose water and pectin
